Key dates include:
This is the first day that we will begin receiving exhibitor shipments. We generally begin receiving shipments for the Mock Prison Riot two weeks prior to the start of the event. Our event is very simple. We do not list our event with shipping companies. Please simply package and arrange for your shipment to be delivered to our site. Our site is *not* an active corrections facility. It is decommissioned. Your shipping company can pull up on site and deliver your shipment without any extra-special security protocols. There should be no additional security-related charges related to delivering to our site. We have a forklift for large shipments.
All exhibits and exhibitor requests are reviewed by our subject matter experts for safety and appropriateness for inclusion in the Mock Prison Riot.
This is a tactical team competition. Exhibitor attendance/participation is not required, unless your company is sponsoring an event or equipment for the teams.
The Exhibit Hall will open at 8:00 am and will remain open until 8 pm, if necessary. This is a 12-hour window of opportunity to arrive and set up your exhibit booth. All exhibits must be set up and in place no later than 8 pm. Set ups on Tuesday morning will not be permitted. Please email the Exhibition Manager, Karen Stakem, at [email protected] if you will need to set up any time past 5 pm on Monday. She will notify our security detail of your arrival and they will assist you with setting up.
7 - 9 pm at the White Palace at Wheeling Park, 1801 Wheeling, WV 26003. All exhibitors are welcome to attend and meet the Skills participating teams (the operators who use your products!) Dinner is on us!
Sales are permitted during the Mock Prison Riot.
Execution of the Mock Prison Riot event includes the Exhibit Hall, technology demonstrations, training scenarios, and workshops.
Exhibitors must keep their booth spaces in tact until 1 pm. Early tear down or exit from the Mock Prison Riot is prohibited.

Please note that sponsoring/donating funds to the Mock Prison Riot is completely separate from donating funds to the charitable Golf Tournament.
