Technology demonstrations not scheduled in advance still must be coordinated and approved on-site with the lead safety officer prior to execution. There are no exceptions to this regulation. For scheduled and non-scheduled demonstrations: all technologies, related items, and deployment terms must be reviewed and approved by a safety officer prior to execution. The safety officer reserves the right to deny any demonstrations deemed unsafe and/or to deny deployment of any items previously designated as prohibited for this event.
