Where is the Mock Prison Riot held?

The Mock Prison Riot is held on the grounds of the decommissioned West Virginia Penitentiary in Moundsville. Moundsville is a small city located along the Ohio River in Marshall County in the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia and is approximately a one-hour drive west of Pittsburgh, PA. Pittsburgh International is the closest airport.
